How we handle project enquiry information.

We use the information you provide to understand your request, identify the relevant product or service path, respond to you and manage follow-up about that enquiry.

The enquiry is sent only after you consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent through our public WhatsApp channel; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

The form collects only the details needed to understand and respond to a project request. It does not accept file attachments.

• Name and company
• Country, email address and phone number
• Business area or product interest
• Project type, quantity or area and target timing
• Project description and any details you choose to provide

Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. Resend transmits the structured enquiry, and a Google mailbox receives it for the Domus team.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their service and data-protection arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for automated decision-making.

We keep enquiry records for up to 180 days from submission, then delete or anonymise them unless a longer period is required by law or the enquiry becomes part of an active quotation, contract or project record.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Use the project enquiry page or the public WhatsApp channel shown after submission to ask a privacy question or exercise a data right. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
